Conflicting goals

Ok, so I'm a little overweight... I wouldn't mind losing weight... but I'm scared that I will lose weight in the places I want to gain weight.

Basically my question is, is there anyway I can target weight loss to just my bust and ab area... but at the same time target weight gain everywhere else

Here's the third "no." :) I believe you lose weight in the opposite order in which you put it on.

Still, though, it's a very worthwhile thing to do.

I agree with everyone else. You cannot spot train to spot reduce. What you can do is lose all the weight you want to in the places you want to. Then gain back the weight in the places you want to, but the new weight would be muscle instead of fat.

I'm assuming you want to gain weight in the "thigh/butt" region.
