Computer Program Requirements?

As I'm bored lately with little to do as the jobs market has slowed down for the summer, I've decided to build a program to help individuals with their fitness - whatever their goal.

This is where you lot are needed :)

If you were to have this program, what would you expect of it? Realistically now, ie not for it to do the work for you, lol.

Meal requirements?
Workout patterns and plans?
Personalise for each person?

Input needed if anyone doesnt mind just saying what they'd like to see on there in an ideal world...

The harris-benedict equation to calculate caloric needs.
Adjustable macronutrient break down, because some people use 40/30/30, others use 40/40/20. Just make it totally adjustable.

Like fitday, I'd like to be able to plug in the values for the foods I eat and have it tally them.
I'd like it to build a database of these foods on the fly.
I'd like to be able to construct compounds, so if I have one of my Chocolate and peanut butter shakes, I only have to input that name and it automatically brings in all the components that go into making it.

You should be able to plug in a goal, such as lose 10lbs or gain 15lbs and it adjusts your caloric needs.
You should be able to keep a daily log, of course.

Working out:

It's difficult to calculate caloric expenditure, because there doesn't seem to be an agreement on how much an activity uses how many calories.

But you can track what you have done.

You should be able to track body measurements, body fat, weight increases (barbell weights).
It should give the weights you need to use to warm-up for lifting, I use 1x5x60%, 1x3x75%, 1x3x90%, but there are other options.

You should be able to setup a lifting plan according to your desires. I use a push/pull split, others use body-part, there is also upper lower and antagonistic. It should be able to adapt to a 3-7 day workout week.

It should track cardio and HIIT.
