Hi all! So it's my third official day of diet and tonight we'll have company over for dinner.
I have managed to consume fewer calories during the day (300 from breakfast with a
chicken cold cut and light cheese toast, and another 340 from lunch with grilled fish
withoout added fats or oils and just a thin multigrain bread slice) that leaves me 600 cals
for lunch and dessert. I will make my special chicken recipe which is basicaly roasted chicken with
honey and wine. If i don't add any of the sauce the recipe creates i think i will be on the safe side
with a portion of meat. I will avoid basmati rice which i'll make as a side for the guests and boyfriend.
But i would like to eat one piece of the dessert. Unfortunately due to the massive number of chores
and errands i didn't make it to work out today.
Cals are so hard to keep in check if you don't burn at least 300 of them. I really hope i won't exceed my
1200 intake, or at least not by much. Hopefully i will cover for it tomorrow with excersise since i'll definately go
swimming and by eating more lightly. And deffinately without dessert.
How do you all manage to keep in check when you are guests or hosts in dinner parties?
