Hi everyone, this is my first post 
I live in a small box in Oxford, UK and need to get myself back in trim, the cardio side is covered with footy (soccer) and running but need to do a little toning excercises to un-Shatner myself. Living in the UK we all live in little boxes and I would like to get some equipment that could tone the whole body and need it in the smallest compact size possible to hopefully put under a sofa/bed.
I have seen on the internet a product called TechnoGym Wellness Bag and wondered what you clever people thought about it or is there something else I am missing which would suit
