Sport Comments on tuna shake ?

I hate the taste of tuna, so I just made a shake and was curious about your comments :)

200ML low fat milk
250G of Cottage Cheese
1 can of tuna

Nutrional info: 350kcal - 65G protein - 20G Carbs - 1G fat
 
I just puked in my mouth a little.

Wow, I gaged actually, no joke.

I don't think I could ever drink anything with tuna or that even smelled like tuna. But if you can do it, good job.
 
If you chugg down 65grams of protein with almost no carbs, almost all of it will be oxidised and used as energy - expensive energy.
And why the combo? does it really taste better this way? :D

It doesn't really taste good, but it's a quick and easy way to get my proteine..
 
Whatever it takes, man. I've done a lot of thigns, including leaving a lecture to eat tuna out of a can with my fingers , but i dont think i could do that

That sounds pretty brutal, but if you opened the can with your bare hands it would have been even a better story! :D
 
All the protein in the world wont help if you arent getting the right carbs AND fats as well. This shake is just torturing yourself for no apparent reason?

Itf you hate the taste of tuna buy it packed in spring water, the taste is a lot less strong.
Why the hell would you put tuna with milk. AAAgghhghygghgghghggh
