I have been think about doing a colon cleanse, i have heard that it just improves over all health, and it is just really good for the body. i am wanting to find out what is the best out there, which i should get, personal experience with them from people, and any thing else you want to share on the subject.

there are many different ways of cleansing your body of all toxins, waste and other by product
any of them can have wonderfull effects on your overall health

Such techniques are followed in Yoga and maybe ayurvedic practices but i doubt you would find a good qualified one
there may be other who are good; you'll have to look for others opinions

I don't think you need to waste your money on any of these so called "colon Cleansing" products. For health you could just add a lot of fiber to your diet. That will cleans you or you can by a case of cheap beer and set out to drink all you can in the evening. I guarantee the next morning you will cleans.
