College Golf

I am currently a first year student at a local university, I am looking to try-out for the golf team in the coming fall season. I am about 6 foot and 187lbs, I have a good frame and flexability. I played high school golf and have a great swing coach. I have been doing general upper and lower body workouts within my house. I have a set of dumbbell free wieghts and an iron grip strength workout machine. I have been pushing myself hard for the past month now. I want to begin doing workouts specifically designed toward golf. I know i can make the team and my physical fitness is an attribute with no limits. I am looking for a workout that incoporates all the nescessary muscular groups with the combination of strength and endurance training. Anything and everything that will help me just let me know. My physical fitness is the main motivation in my schedule. So please anything and everything that can help let me know, thanks.

Dont slow down, just set your mind to it, move forward and in time you'll see yourself in a better shape. Personally, from my own experience, seeing myself toner only gives me more encouragement to keep moving forward.
