Sport College Diet Help

Sport Fitness
I have being weight lifting for a year and a half now but I have being confused about what I should eat during the day.
I spend monday to friday at college till 2:30pm and we have a Tescos Super Market across the road where I have breakfast and lunch as the college cafteria consists of burgers and chips.
Now I was wondering what should I be eating if I am wanting to bulk, as Tescos provides everything there is to eat?

I looked at the nutrition thread but there is no way I could do all that as I don't have a portable cooker in my bag hehe

I would not say "no way." If you are truly dedicated and focused, you will always find a way to eat. I was a college student, as many of us were, and I eat very well in college.

Now I work 2 jobs, own a home, going to school for my masters, obtained one of the hardest PT certifications out there, and maintain my fitness and health. Through all of that, I still make the time to eat properly. And I know others who are busier then myself. All it takes is focus, dedication and planning. Shop on the weekends and prepare meals than too! Cook chicken breasts on sundays and keep them cold for the whole week. Canned tuna and chicken. Hard boiled eggs. Protein shakes. Fruits and veggies. Whole wheat bread and wraps. Cold Rice. The list goes on and on. Invest in a cooler and some time, and you would be surprised at what you could eat.

I agree with this statement completely. Sure it may seem slightly inconvenient but it really comes down to how bad you want it. Sometimes its easier to just say "eh its too much work, ill worry about it when i have time". This was the same attitude that kept me from quitting smoking for 11 years. I just kept telling myself that "now isnt a good time." One day, I realized I was done trying to put it off. Havent touched a cigarette since. The truth is, where there is a will, there is a way.

I know this may all sound a little cheesy but focusing on a new diet is a lifestyle change. It isnt an easy thing to change. Sure, crappy foods are cheap and convenient, but convenience comes at a price.

Just about everything U need to eat in order bulk can be cooked in a microwave.

Here is some solid bulking info for you...

and if you have to, eat it cold. gladware, prepare in advance, keep in a cooler, fridge, or insulated lunch bag.
