collar bone/shoulders area

hi guys, my colar bone really shows and i got small shoulders is there an excercise i can do to add meat on my colar bone/shoulders? thanks all
 
You probably want to work on your entire upper body then. Specifically you want your chest and shoulders to be bigger, and that is really the entire upper body workout. So do things like bench press, military press, shoulder shrugs, lat pull down, etc. That will help with your shoulders, but don't forget the rest of your body with weights and cardio!
