Collar bone pain

I started running again two weeks ago and I noticed pain in the bottom part of my shin bones, especially the left one. I can feel it even the next day when I don't run. What I noticed is that what makes me fatigued is not the exhaustion of running itself but rather the pain in the bottom part of my legs. Before I would also feel the pain sometimes but not as often and as hard as I do know when I starting running again after a pause. Maybe it's normal, and will be ok in couple of weeks or I should do more warming up. I have flat feet, I don't know if it could be related to the pain in any way. Any advices on this one, why it could be happening or how to stop it ?

I had the same problem a while back, could be shin splints. I think its due to sudden activity again. I started running again and i felt pain all on the insides of my shins. I had to rest for a few weeks, and its disappeared.

Id just either rest more or do something that doesnt aggrevate it. Cycling? etc etc

Yeah I also feel the pain at the inside of the shins. I guessed I pushed myself too far after 2 months of no running. The problem is that now whenever I go running, it starts hurting almost the same moment I start. I'll try to run slower and over smaller distance in next 2-3 weeks after I hope it will stop and I'll be able to run again normally. Thanks for help.
