here goes to my new lifestyle!!! only day 2 and headaches bad BUT what a change I am in for!!!! Already, I keep telling myself....well, I know I'm a lttle skinnier than yesterday!!!
heya beastie! (and any others!) the new you is on its way.... sometimes it feels like it will take awhile but we all know how quickly time passes so if we just keep plodding, we'll be skinny soon! that's what i think each day starts and ends, i am one step further. and my big motivation- this will be the first christmas in years that I can hold my head high and wear something amazing! and the first I won't be scared coming into summer that i left it too late to lose weight AGAIN. and i can have a new number 1. new years resolution too because it will be done and dusted
so battle through the headaches - i had really bad ones and each time i deviate i get them again (it is horrible and is soooo not worth it) but am staying on track now and am determined. looking forward to seeing your progress!
hey there bella77!!! welcome to our new life AND our new looks!!! Already I feel AND look a lot better and I'm only at the end of the second week and people are noticing!! I splurged and went out and bought clothes 2 sizes too small - what an incentive!!!! now I'm REALLY determined to fit into them!! keep up the great work!:
Congratulations on starting Cohen's before you know it you will be a skinny beast and fitting into all those super slim clothes off the rack.
I lost 15kg in 12 weeks doing this programmes and it is the best. Shopping is a joy now.
Look forward to clocking your progress.
Hey there Bella77...it's beastie beware!!!! 7weeks today I've been on cohens and guess what????? I'm only 1kg away from my target weight!!!!!!!!!! WOW, do I feel good I'm so pleased with how fast this has worked and am REALLY pleased with the new wardrobe! It's certainly nice to be able to just walk up to a size 12 rack and know everything is going to fit!!!! Hope things are going equally well for you - keep me posted and good luck
Hi Art- Speaking for myself. No, not really. It takes a while to firm up & depends on how much you have to lose & how old you are but I'm quite surprised really how my skin has firmed up. I now exercise every day but I think it is common with Cohen's for the skin to firm up. Cheers, Cate
