Hi Everyone

I thought I would introduce a food question thread.
I know for those who are doing a new plan they have their consultants to query but for those of us who are revisiting their old plans, well I know I am a bit rusty about certain things.

Okay here is my question.

Question 1 -Are we allowed Cruskits and Ryvita"s and if so how many??
With Premiums and Vitabrits and they are either individually packed and with Salada's you can break up.

Question 2 what is the difference between a pawpaw and a papaya???

Question 3 - Is there any other yoghurts we are allowed beside Vaalia??

Thanks all - Sam:)

Sam, My plan is 2.5yrs old but it says 1 Ryvita in place of 2 crackers & yoghurt "Plain/Natural yoghurt- 175g low fat or fat free only (<2% fat) I mostly eat the Tamar Valley Classic, natural yoghurt.(98% fat-free) It's really nice & thick. I think in Australia we call a Papaya a Paw Paw, but there is a North American fruit that is different again, but also called a Pawpaw. Correct me anyone if I'm wrong. I'm not sure about all of the crackers Sam. I just stuck to Saladas as, to me, the rest seem more like cardboard!
Cheers fellow Cohenite, Cate

Thanks for that Cate....yes I also stuck to the Salada's for long time but I've just discovered Premiums and I really like them.
And with the yoghurt I have only ever eaten the Vaalia brand which I really like anyway but it would be nice to have change now and again.
Thanks for your help.
Sam:)
