Is it actually coconut juice or flavoured water? I would say stick away from the juice but if it's flavoured water it should be o.k. - but I would check the ingredients.
I drink this a lot! Mostly to help me gain weight, because of its high concentration of calories, it's the only liquid endosperm!! Probably not the best thing to be drinking if you're trying to cut kcals...
um i've been lookin around for nutritional facts for coconut water and coconuts, and all the sites say there are like 80 calories in a cup of coconut juice. how does this help you gain weight? i thought there was supposed to be a lot of calories in it?
100 grams is equal to about (well not about, I did the math lolol) .435 US cups. In 100 grams of coconut MILK (not juice, water is added to juice) there is 230Kcal.
IN CONCLUSION... lol
1 cup of coconut milk = about 500 Kcal
