I do plan on doing some of my own research, but thought it wouldn't hurt to get some advice as well.

I'm 27, 235 pounds, and 6'2. I'm a big guy, broad shouldered, and naturally thick, so my target weight is 200. I was at 250 a few months ago, but due to some life altering changes I've shed 15 pounds with no effort.

I have had awful eating habits, and diet up until now, but am wanting to change that. I've seen the regimented diets, and supliment recommendations on some of these boards, however quite frankly I don't think I have the will power, nor the income to go straight into them.

I have been eating reduced fat, and no fat snacks instead of the normal garbage a consume. I've started eating grilled chicken instead of fried along with some other no brainers like cutting back on my portions.

I have also been doing some light exercises, and weight lifting.

Do you have any recommendations on a reasonable diet that I won't quit after a week due to cravings, and bad habits?

This, you do have or you would not have signed up for this site. And will power is free! Don't be scared of fats either. Here is a good read on them for you.
