clueless!! way to much to handle!

Ok i know I'm about to get 1,000 different answers. But i am fairly average with lifting but def new. I was taking creatine. Felt fine but i havent taken anything. Else with it. Not sure if i can or not. Or what would be bad to take with it. But i def cant get over my spot im stuck. At seems like i have hit a rock and. Cant lift anymore weight. Help?:confused4:

Remember, creatine is not a protein supplement.
 
Buy some whey protein and take it pre and post workout. Take it an within and hour before and within an hour after your workout. You can mix your Creatine with it as well.
