Well if you seen Transformers this weekend you probably seen this crazy trailer:

Cloverfield

Its got the codename "Cloverfield" although its an obvious fake. Its being built up as one of the biggest movies of 2008 and nobody knows anything about it. The entire movie is apparently shot through first person cameras, like The Blair Witch Project.

There seemed to be more talk about this minute long trailer then there was for Transformers as a whole. Definitally something to look forward to.
 
I think this is brilliant. I went to Transformers mostly just to see the teaser, and I wasn't let down. I was instantly stoked and will definitely be seeing it in January.
