I found this site using a search engine and thought I might as well register here. I'm a fairly active person and my only current goals are simply improving my body tone. At the moment, I'm combining four weekly 5km runs with crunches, sit-ups and various other types of exercises. Hopefully I'll pick up tips that will help me tone up, so in about a months time my stomach muscles will be clearly visible all the time, whereas now they are only slightly visible.
