Sport Classic Skinny guy syndrome.

Sport Fitness
Hello everyone.
I"m a 25yr old male, 6' 150lbs with a 33 1/2 in waist.....hence the classic skinny guy belly problem.

I'm looking for nutrition advice.

My average diet is 3-4 meals, b/t 1-3 snacks a day.
breakfast:
4 eggs, veggies, pita bread, cheese

snacks
muffin, health bar, protein drink.

lunch,dinner
veggie patty (I'm vegetarian), pita bread, small pizza.

thank you.

I guess if you wanna get bigger start taking creatine, multi vitamins, and take more protein. I'm 21 and 160 and thats what I do, but I eat a lot of meat too.

Yeah, there are quite a few.

Do you eat fish? I know some vegetarians that do.

You need to be eating more, the snacks are good, but aim for at least 6 meals/snacks throughout the day. Try to get in a good amount of protein, carbs, and good fats with each.

Kevin the band leader from the Tonight Show is actually an accomplish amature bodybuilder. he always wears those sweaters to hide it, but I saw a pic of him winning a competition in FLEX once, and the dude is built and ripped.

He's also a very strict vegetarian. Its harder for them, but not un-doable.

The vegans, however, are gonna be the hardest gainers since they don't allow any animal proteins in their diets. at least a lot of vegetarians eat eggs and dairy.
