Its weird that i haven't thought about this enough to post it, but just so that i can sleep easy...
Cottage cheese/EFA or whatever others might choose as the last meal before bed SHOULD be consumed RIGHT before bed right? It doesn't follow the "no eating 2 hours before sleep" thing, correct? (Slow digesting protein spread over the night to minimize muscle loss seems like the logic, just want to be sure ^^)
