circuit & bootcamp ideas?

good evening,

i take a numerous amount of classes including just some of the above, i'm starting to run out of ideas?

does anyone have any fun & exciting ones? the classes usually consist of about 8-10 people all with different fitness abilities & are usually women.

any ideas would be greatly appreciated :D
 
It depends on what kind of equipment you have available. You should check out this website's exercise list (Free Exercises, Exercise Instructions, Custom Workout, Personalized Workout, Ab Exercises, Abdominal Exercises, Training Programs) to get ideas.

Here's how I plan a bootcamp. It's pretty simple, actually. I just keep a big list of all the exercises that I can use, categorize them by muscle group being worked, and then I just go through a pick 2 or 3 for each one and alternate them. It's mix-and-match.
