I'm going to keep this diary for encouragement and motivation because I know now that I can not loose weight on my own!

I currently weigh 153lbs
My goal weight is 125lbs

The main problem I have is binging, for reasons that I cannot understand. Every time I make a mistake I give up and say I'l start again tomorrow, t's a vicious cycle! This time however, I'm going to do what I set out to do and not give up. The Summer is quickly approaching along with the dreaded swinsuits! This year i will NOT be hiding in the shade!



My goal for this week is to go for a walk every day, drink at least 2 litres of water every day and to stay away from junk food! Every time i feel the need to binge I will look at my weight loss chart! I know that if I follow through on this I will be rewarded. This is my THINSPIRATION!!!
