I recently thought I'd try throwing various tasty and nutritional ingredients together into a wok to make a meal, and Ive discovered that you can bung just about anything in and and it tastes great.

Stir fries, quick, tasty, cheap and easy to do...so no excuses, get wok'ing.

option 1:

1 green and red pepper
2 red onions
tinned in olive oil Tuna steak
mixed herbs.

5-10 mins and you've created a tasty and healthy meal for 1 -2 people, for extra carbs just add some fine thread singapore noodles.

Diced fresh turkey
Peppers
Red onions
Cajun

etc etc, you could try using lean beef or any meats that take your fancy and once more - in 5 minutes youve got yourself a very inexpensive and good meal.
