Chronic Muscle Strain

i'm a 15 year old soccer player and this season i've pulled both of my upper quadriceps like seven times. I have more of a stocky build and I have a lot of leg muscle. I might even lift and workout too often. I think i'm pulling or straining my sartorius, but i could be wrong. I stretch a lot and drink a lot of water all the time, and I also try to take at least two ice baths a week; however, nothing seems to work. any advice on my diet, techniques, etc.?
 
i do a lot of yoga, and had few strain muscles myself. i was recommended to keep injured area in warm water for 8-10 minutes and then stick snogg patch for 2-3 days. repeat if necessary. worked for me just fine.
