Chromium or chromium picolinate? I've taken chromium picolinate before. I took it for about 6 weeks when cutting but I didn't notice anything from it. I know one person that thinks its useful when trying to drop bodyfat but everyone else I know that has tried it hasn't been impressed. I'd especially drop it on a bulk.
Its a mineral, its fine and near no reported cases of toxicity. One would have to intentionally try to overdose for a negative side effect to occur. Will it affect weight gain/loss? No, so don't manipulate its intake in hopes of bettering your loss/gain.

ive taken chromium in the past when it was billed as about the best thing you could take and have to say i got nothing out of it and have to add it to the list of supps. ive wasted money on.
