Well, Christmas is here... Lots of music, partying, drinkin, and having fun... THing is, I was leading a proper diet, but its been hard to cut off the crazy good foods here... "Coquito" tastes sooo good yet Im sure its packed with sugar and sat. fat! Alot of fried stuff, pasteles [NO IDEA OF THE CALORIC CONTENT] but tastes great! "Arroz con gandules", "pernil", its too good to miss out on, its only once a year... So I've decided to not completely quit my diet, but to enjoy christmas time while it lasts, since its only once a year... But I was wondering also, how bad is alcohol for us? Why shouldnt we drink it if we're weightlifting?
