Theresa Great Point! I have decided I value my success and want to maintain it more that anything to let a Holiday ruin my newfound lifestyle. It's nothing more than a decision to stay true to the real you and not disappoint yourself and other who are counting on your success in the end. Trying to always think in the long term now instead of short term pleasures and gratification.

That's so true....one piece of cake, that I don't even like, but eat, because it's 'Christmas desert', could take e weeks of work to lose. And the best part is?..I don't even like deserts!! Thanks!:)

Don't worry a lot about eating a single piece of cake in a day. Most people aren't capable of gaining a ton of weight in a single sitting just because they ate a piece of cake. Your body doesn't take every single calorie you eat and do something with it. If you eat too much in a single sitting (to the point where your stomach hurts), a lot of that will end up in the toilet. Your body just isn't capable of processing and storing all that food all at once. So, eating a 1000 calorie cake in one sitting is likely only to equal about 1/3 (or less) if you are already full by the time you start on it. Caloric eating is not simply calories in VS calories out ... it's just the simplest way to do the math because it is impossible to know what your body is going to hold on to.
