I was wanting to start a challenge for Christmas. I know, Halloween and Thanksgiving are coming. Well... Most people are like "I wish I looked healthier for the family get-together for Christmas"... Well I was thinking "how about a challenge?"
I was thinking to do it as every week to post a challenge, and then at the end of each week, post results.
Example, I was thinking this week the challenge would be do as many sit ups or crunches as you can, and try to do more each day.
The result post would look like -
Start Weight:
Start #:
End Weight:
End #:
# would be what ever the challenge was.
Even if nobody else joins, I'll still be doing this to challenge myself. ^_^
Remember, EAT RIGHT, be healthy. ^_^
