Chris's Change!

Hey guys it's my first time trying to start up a journal and finally take all this seriously. I tracked my food today on Fitpoints to try and get a routine going with some healthy food.

I take the Ultimate Man vitamin from vitamin Shoppe.

Monday I am going to be encorperating some Whey and Creatine in my diet to give me extra gains.

Today's Food Intake Looks as follows:

Breakfast
3 hardboiled egg whites
1 hardboiled egg yoke
2 large pieces of whole wheat
1 glass of milk

Snack
1 medium banana
1 glass of milk

Lunch
12 Oz of Lean Chicken Breast
Lettuce to wrap it in

Dinner
1 Ramen noodle's without seasoning
1 can of Kidney beans

Height: 5 f 11in Weight: 169pounds

Goal: 175 pounds

The reason I am waiting for Monday to start the creatine and whey routine is because Saturday is the last day for college soccer for me. So Sunday I will try to post my schedule for weights the next week for some help on them.
