I have two weight programs that I'm looking at tryig, one is based around putting on muscle mass and the other is based on creating more lean muscles while burning fat. My thing is that I eventually want to do both of these to get bigger and more toned, however, I'm not really sure if I should start by getting more lean and toned then putting on muscle mass or the other way around. (I know I have to choose because of the diet changes between both workouts).
If it makes any difference I am fairly active. I am somewhere between being out of shape and being in good shape, not really overweight ( 6'2" 200 lbs at about 18% bodyfat).
I know eventualy I will have to just decide I'm just interested in hearing what some people have to say.
