Sport Choice of whey in the UK...

Sport Fitness
Hey

ive been using whey from Britains favourite health food shop (although the yoghurt coated raisins contain hydro veg oil, why??!!) that is 21 quid for 908g.

Is this the better alternative from myprotein.co.uk?

is it worth adding the flavouring? anyone use this or have an opinion?

thanks
ben

Just received a small Isolate sample to try. Added chocolate flavour and sweetener. Mixes quite well and tastes ok when mixed with milk. I think I'll order more and will also try 100g or flavourless.

If you can afford £21 quid then you can afford the Whey Protein Isolate (NZ) for £17.

I swear by MyProtein and I think Russ will when/if he swings by.

Their v2 shakers are good too, I used to use a cocktail shaker. A metal one. Very James Bond.

Personally I take sweeteners, but its personal preference.

Aspartame no thanks.

Ace K made me bloat.

So I'm on the sucralose and strawbelly flavour and I am rather partial too it.

They also do good discounts on bulk too!

I also highly recomend their ground scottish oats for a good price too.

Concentrate is cheaper and contains more fat and lactose, and less protein.

NZ - New Zealand, EURO - European (i.e. some dirthole in Latvia ;) ).

well H&B's offers are back on.....

buy one get one free until mid december

that works out as £11/kg as opposed to £15.46/kg from myprotein (providing i buy more than 5kgs to get a 20% discount.

what do we think? worth the saving?
