I drink any where from 2 to 3 , 8 oz cups of chocolate milk. My milk is fat free..and so is my chocolate..but there is like 80 calories in just 2 tbsp of the chocolate. And most people squeeze until the bottom of their glass has a nice thick layer of it on the bottom....I have found out that I just need 1 tbsp of the chocolate....however I have to really watch what I eat because I am on the weight watchers plan.....I get 30 to 35 points a day..and just one cup of the choc. milk takes away 4 points!!.....Thats ALOT!!!!!..
But drinking this helps me with my sugar and chocolate cravings....
