:confused: i love Chocolate milk and i was wondering if it was good or atleast healthy for ya? i know it has a good source of vitimans ans calcim but good or bad?
 
sure, if you take out the chocolate :) ... think of it as having a regular serving of milk and then adding a few spoons of sugar ...
 
I drink any where from 2 to 3 , 8 oz cups of chocolate milk. My milk is fat free..and so is my chocolate..but there is like 80 calories in just 2 tbsp of the chocolate. And most people squeeze until the bottom of their glass has a nice thick layer of it on the bottom....I have found out that I just need 1 tbsp of the chocolate....however I have to really watch what I eat because I am on the weight watchers plan.....I get 30 to 35 points a day..and just one cup of the choc. milk takes away 4 points!!.....Thats ALOT!!!!!..
But drinking this helps me with my sugar and chocolate cravings....
 
i guess it depends on what sort of chocolate milk your talking about. my kids love nesquick but i decided since they drank so much of it to switch them to ovaltine which i think is a lot healthier for them. they drink 2% milk and i like either 1% or skim but i drink only 1 glass a day if that. i get my calcium and vitamin D from other sources.
 
I've heard Ovaltine is real good too, lots of vitamins
