Hey everyone I've been bulking for about 3-4 months.
I eat chipotle every saturday and I just wanted to know it is healthy and good for bulking up.
I get the same thing every week: steak, black beans, rice, salsa, cheese, and lettuce. I take off the sour cream because it only adds fat.
So what do you guys think, should I continute eating chipotle everyone saturday or switch to subway, or switch off.
Any input if appreciated!
