The ones that fit in the doorway can be unstable. I got one but its not that great.

Adjustable??? In what way.

Normally you can just screw them to the door frame, or for a little extra you can get ones that dont mark the frame.

This is the one I have. But you'll need to check the thickness of the door frame. And it wont mark the frame.

Don't. I repeat. Don't get the ones where you just twist and it opens more. If that makes sense. I have one and have fallen twice. I think my bros like unscrewed it to make me fall. My knees killed for so long after that. Just thought that I'd add that.
