I have a question. I eat a lot of chicken. Always skinless/boneless breasts. I always cook them in extra virgin olive oil. Is this a bad thing to do? I know those are good fats but I am concerned that I am taking away from eating chicken over beef/meat. Which I know are worse for me. Cholesterol is not an issue for me...even at 340 pounds. My last blood test show mine at about 92 points. I try and eat chicken a lot to sub in for the meats I really enjoy eating. I need to be sure that this Olive oil isn't going to screw me up. I have lost 40 pounds thus far with mainly whole grains, protein, fruits and VERY few veggies ( only through juicing ). What's yall opinion? I hope it's good b/c I love cooking it in the oil with my favorite seasoning :( I get worried I will just stop losing weight b/c of one thing..which is crazy because I know it's a out vs. in type of deal. Anyways, just asking for what yall think. Thanks guys :)

Olive oil is a better choice than some other oils, but it is still high in fat. If you're looking to reduce your calories a bit, you can use water and seasonings instead of the oil.
