Sport Chicken Legs

Hye guys,
I have a question if someone can help me out here. I just bought some huge amounts of chicken legs cut into pieces. I went to the butcher and they were so cheap so i bought them. Now i am wanering if it is healthy to eat them. I mean it has bones so i guess that might be a NO NO right?? I can always try not to eat the bones?? My aim is Fat Loss.Any help will be greatly appreciated.

i hope u are not going to eat the bones. omg. its chicken right i guess it depends on how u cook it, but chicken is very good.
 
hahha. well i'll try not to eat the bones haha :). does it matter if i eat the bones too?? well i m just gonna add tomatoes, some already prepaired garlic and lemon spice and thats it :).
 
yuk don't eat the bones. what if they splinter you'll get them logded in your throat and or get mallory weiss tears or at least something similar and that my friend is very bad. it could kill u . honest. so no bones just meat. :)
 
hahaha. i just cooked them. added tomatoes and then added the chicken into it and added the spices and stirfry them untill the chicken is cooked. wow it tasted so great :)

the one disadvantage i found out was that the spices i added had a lot of sodium content in it like 395g in 1/4 tb. is it ok?? will it affect my fat loss aims?? i added like hmmm... 1.5 tbs...

don't chicken legs have more fat than a chicken breast though. I have always wondered that. I never looked at the nutrition facts I just figured that it had more fat because it's much more tender than a breast is.
