Sport Chicken fired rice good post workout?

I made me some chicken fried rice, with brown rice, 2 chicken breasts cooked on the stove top with olive oil, and some banana peppers, onions, red peppers, and green peppers. Then threw it all together and mixed a tad bit more olive oil into it and some soy. Prob made enough for 4 meals. Would this and a protein shake be a good post workout meal?
 
More protein does not always mean better. You are going to want to make sure you get your carbs. Typically a 4:1 ratio of carbs to protein.
