Few people are low in omega 6...and this has .5g of Omega 3, from teh canola oil..so its not exactly 'full of healthy fat' like you claim.
only 13g per filet, so you'd need two, and that'd net you 18g of fat, and 36g of carbs just to get your serving of 26g of protein! chicken shouldn't have carbs in it...all that crappy breading is the source.
ditch em, and buy boneless skinless chicken breasts. less fat, less sodium, no carbs.
