I'm not exactly sure what you mean by "is it okay..."
Calorie wise, health wise, vitamin wise....explain, please :)

I was meaning vitamin/healthwise


I really, really love this salad but eating it so much kinda feels like cheating-cause it tastes so good and is so sweet (I eat it with the roasted sunflower seeds mixed in it). I was concerned about the sugar but considering everything else it certainly does 'fit'.
 
just because something is tastes good - doesn't mean is oh so bad..
