You can't spot lose weight from a single part of your body. You have to lose weight all over and let your body reshape itself on it's own schedule.
Read the sticky posts on the forums - especially in the nutrition and the exercise areas. They'll give you a lot of information on weight loss, proper diet, and exercise.
is it a weight proplem or stubborn fat? have you tried weight training more in this area to build the muscle and tone the area up more? this could be a simple solution
well im on a diet ,i was 21and a half stone, now im 17 stone but the man boobs are still there,im 6ft 2 tall,i walk 4 miles a day,do a few jumping jacks and stretches but chest is still big
you need to start weight trianing, I was a big lad myself and was left with lose skin etc, the only way to fill it back up is to build the muscle and tone the area, if you have tits then replace them with pecs!!!
I have just checked on a BMI calculator and your BMI is currently 30.3. That is at the bottom of the obese range. Overweight runs from 25 to 30. You still have some more weight to lose.
I also started at 21 stone - but as a 5ft3 lady you can imagine that I was fairly fat to say the least. Kara is right when she says that you cannot target where the weight will come from. The first two stone came off the top of my left leg. I had a comparitively skinny leg and a fat leg!!!!!
As the fat disappears in your chest area - you really want to be building muscle to fill the skin in this area and improve your shape. Whilst the exercises that you are doing are great for your general state of fitness - I am sure that there will be some better exercises that you could be doing in order to target the muscles in this general area.
I did a similar thing with my arms to make sure that I didnt develop bat wings as my fat disappeared. We can cover up much of our bodies but our arms are often on display... I now have better arms than most women my age (50) who have always been thin!
