Chest growth

I am a 19 year old looking to gain some muscle mass. I’m about 6 feet tall and weigh about 160. My girlfriend calls me petite because of my small thin chest and stomach. I have been working out for a couple months focusing on my arms, and they seem to be getting more toned, but I would really like to find a great workout for my chest. I work out about 5 times a week, and I drink protein supplements every day. What chest exercise do you recommend for me? Thanks a lot.

all 3 bench presses .. incline, decline, flat ...
you may want to reduce the amount you workout too ... if you workout too much, then you aren't giving your body enough time to recover ... try our partner forum: worldfitness.com ... it's more geared towards your goals. cheers.
