I am a 19 year old looking to gain some muscle mass. I’m about 6 feet tall and weigh about 160. My girlfriend calls me petite because of my small thin chest and stomach. I have been working out for a couple months focusing on my arms, and they seem to be getting more toned, but I would really like to find a great workout for my chest. I work out about 5 times a week, and I drink protein supplements every day. What chest exercise do you recommend for me? Thanks a lot.
