chest exercises

hello all, im trying to gain a bigger chest, and i was wondering what your fav. chest exercise is, at the moment im doing a one armed dumbbell press (lying down) about 22.5 kgs, 10 reps. its good and all but i find my self loosing balance with the higher weights and looking for a change.

Try pushups, flat bench, two arm dumb bell chest press, incline chest press (BB or DB), and dips. Don't necessarily do ALL of these at once. But those are some of the most effective ways to challenge your pec's dynamically.

Don't forget to balance your training, you may not see your back...but you need to train it. Same goes for legs.
 
My advize would be to train heavy with two dumbells or the bench press. I prefer the bench press because you can go really heavy.
Do really heavy bench press and finish this with some dumbell press - To squeze everything out of it
 
If you want size I wuld say go for about 10-15-16 reps . You want failure in this range. Wait 1.5 to 2min( I personally would go more towards 2 min) between sets then repeat your working weight 2 more sets so three work sets in all. I personally love incline dumbell press. I usually only do two exercises with chest flat or incline dumbell or flat or incline barbell. My first exercise is incline db press then flat barbell press, next time I work chest ill start with flat bb press then do incline db press, then next time I will do flat db press then incline bb press. I like to change it up in that way. Let me know what you think of this.
