This diet does work but I am very scared of doing it. It's a crash diet. I need an opinion for it. (yes I know with crash diets u gain the weight back fast but I just an opinion with this)

Crap, crap cap mashed together in a great big bowl of crap.

In short, it's crap so don't follow it.
 
Pretty much what Xenth said. "crash diet" is synonymous with "bull**** diet"

you'll likely lose almost no weight, and what you do lose will be water, since I see several diuretic foods listed, plus the prune juice will make you crap like a bird.
 
It's pretty easy to lose weight when you're in the bathroom 8 hours of the day. you might as well chug coffee with laxatives...
 
ugh..... I thought I found something good. I dont understand why I can't be 80lbs i hate being 145lbs this sucks..... im trying it anyway for a month and see what happens

If you seriously have 80lbs as your goal you should see a doctor because you're anorexic.

i cant see a doctor or afford one to help me. I dont even think im 145lbs either. I really want to be thin because I can never wear the clothes they have for my size. Like if I see something I like I always try to look for it in my size and they never have it. It's always for skinny people and it makes me mad. It's not my fault I gained weight from a knee injury. I have tried so much to lose this weight. I use to exercise 6 times a day running all day and eating twice a day and drinking water. That didnt help it just made my knee worse and I did feel like crap. I also tried that stupid vitamin diet that I made up and that didnt work either I got really sick. Then I tried a salad diet where I would eat lettuce three times a day and drink asian laxative tea before I eat lettuce. Now I want to try this diet. I don't understand I exercise like crazy and it's not going away. I mean at least I am lucky enought to have the time of day to exercise but really im just going to give up. I will never wear the clothes I want I will never get a boyfriend like I want and I will never hang around my friends because I am the designated fat chick, all my friends are skinny and I always get poked fun of by other people that's around them too. Sorry for the long rant but I just feel like whats the point in eating and execising when it's just a problem.
 
You definitely have the willpower to reach your goals, just not the knowledge.

So stop feeling sorry for yourself, your weight loss is entirely in your control.
Your problem is that you're eating too little when exercising too much! You're putting yourself in starvation mode!

All you need to do is calculate your maintenance calorie needs and eat approximately 20% below that.
Combine that with 3-4 hours of exercise a week and the pounds will fly off!

You can start by posting your height and weight.
Trust me, no normal adult weights 80lbs, and you WILL reach your goals, that I can guarantee you.
 
im going to try this anyway I tried all things... but its not a failure I guess its more like feedback to see what happens if that doesnt work then i will have to hire a trainer to help me out dont care how much money i spend either as long as it goes towards something thats beneficial

A salad diet? lady you are obviously very lacking upstairs. I strongly suggest you quit dieting before you hurt yourself.

Go get yourself a Personal trainer at the very least, you need some serious help. You have no clue what your doing, and you seem unwilling to listen to our advise.

Wrong, you NEVER did it the right way.
But seeing as you're ignoring every advice I give you I'm going to give you the same advice as (silent) is, seek help!
 
Because you're not actually trying, really.

What you are trying to do is find an overnight fix by trying all these BS crazy diets that don't won't, yet you hope that they will. Somehow, people think that they will be the special one that actually loses fat and keeps it off while thousands of others didn't. All that happens on these "diets" is you lose some water weight (and probably some muscle), slow down your metabolism, then you gain back all the weight just as fast (in the form of fat and water).

So, what you end up with is a slower metabolism, more fat and less muscle - which is bad.

I'm not sure why it is that so many people are willing to do anything in the world, including screw up their bodies, but absolutely refuse to actually do it the right way.

P.S. - go ahead and try yet another crazy crash diet, lose a couple of pounds of water for a few days, then when it fails as they all do, look around this site and start learning how to be healthy and fit for good. THEN, you will succeed.

how did you get to the weight you're at now? Overnight? in a week? or did it build up over years?

so, why do you think you can try some bull**** diet and get skinny (or dangerously underweight at 80lbs) in a few short weeks?

Its actually pretty hard to lose a pound of fat per week, consistently. you gotta work at it...eating right (rather than just not eating) and moving your ass around to burn off some stored energy (fat).


BTW, 80lbs is grossly underweight for a woman, unless you're only about 4'8" tall, in which case 80lbs would be a damn skinny petite woman (I would argue too skinny).
 
i'm 5'6...... I use to be athletic but I can't really do much because I have a really bad knee since my accident I also have asthma but i run 2hrs a day i try it's not like im not trying

Suppose for a moment that this diet is WILDLY successful and you lose 15 lbs in three days (which will not happen unless part of the diet involves cuttingoff your arm)!

That weight will stay off until you decide to eat something (ie, less than three days).

If you are a regular reader of this site you whould realize that the reason diets don't work is becuase a diet is temporary by nature. So once you go back to your old bad habits all the weight comes back and you feel like a failure.

I suspect that you need to get healthy and I mean more than physically healthy. Your "goals" and "methods" have mental disorder written all over them.

You will damage your body and metabolism with these ridiculously unhealthy methods.

Since all of these crash diets and excessive running and exercise have NEVER worked for you, why don't you take some of the advice offered by the healthy people on this site, just on the off chance that it might work?

No I did read it and I am sorry I am just going thru alot here and I am just reading advice here trying stuff here and there and when i get feedback then maybe i can change i dunno i really need help and I admit that
 
ya i hear ya Crissy, knee injuries suck, u cant help but put on a lil weight. I had one myself, (tore my ACL) and i put on a lil extra aswell.
AnywhoOoOo, those crash diets suck, there not fun :) And u cant let the fact that ur friends poke fun at u to lead u to a crappy thing like a crash diet. If u want ill kick their asses for u :p no , but for reaaaalll, im sure that ppls on this site, including myself can write up a nice diet, and good workout/cardio routine (that is healthy and provin to work)
