wow for 1 thank god I hate cheese burgers and hamburger in general and I dont care to much for french fries but there are alot of chicken sandwhiches and ect that are horrible!But BK chicken strips doesnt look to bad if your stuck getting drive thru for kids or a hungry hubby/boyfriend!!

I am a HUGE fan of the wendy's ultimate grilled chicken sandwhich....it's sinfully delicious! (When fresh, but I make them make it fresh for me) That plus a water and salad is a fantastic meal that's just over 400 calories (depending on your dressing.)

What's that? Sodium you say? Sodium, shmodium.
 
If you had to

I noticed that if you had to eat at a drive thru if you
got a kids chcicken nugget fries and diet drink your
calories shouldnt exeed 450-500!
Burger king seems to have the best calories and fat on chicken
strips.But if you stick with a kids meal hear and there and maybe
eat 1/2 the fries you should be ok!

^Yes, but the quantity will in no way fill you up. Infact, it could leave you craving much much more.

You'd be better off to get a grilled chicken breast on a kaiser (the Wendy's grilled chicken is very large and only 360 calories, the burger king version is nearly as big, and only 320 calories) with a side salad and fat free dressing (burger king has kraft low-cal. Only 20 calories per package!) and your choice of water or diet soda.

At least that way you get some quantity with your sodium. Also, even those kids meals have higher fat and cholesterol than the grilled chicken, except, they're only 1/4 the size.
 
thank you I would much rather have the sandwhich with some mustard I hate salad though, I am not big on veggies so a sandwhich and a water and eat slow and have some fruit with it when I get home.I try to advoid drive throughs and out to eat all together until I have my cheat day well cheat meal and thats not going to happened till I get to my 1st goal of 199/195.

curses be on the fast food industry, aarrrrrr!!! All though they do add to me booty, (wrong kinda booty!!!)
