yo this is my daily intake for the week

Protein: 294.7

Carbs: 185.2 as fiber 39.5

Fat: 97.2

My calories are 2648 a day, I run heavy/moderate in the morning before breakfast and I lift heavy after dinner. Is this amount of carbs and fat ok?

I work hard during the day (contractor), im up and down and walking/carrying stuff everywhere. Is this ok for that? All i drink is water, and sometimes i might snack on a those lil 3 oz packages of jerky a few times throughout the week.
