Sport cheating?

sometimes during my bulking diet, it is imposible to eat clean, well 95% of my diet is clean the other 5% is like my father told me "hey do u want to taste this chocolate and tell me if you like for a sample i`m sending to xxxxx" so is like a banana with chocolate but it is like 3 inches not very big, or some days it is like some type of cookie or stuff like that, this is not all days, maybe 2-3 days a week but this can affect in a negative way my bulking? (remeber i just taste it, not eat the all the package...)
 
relax.. enjoy.. just realize that too much "cheating" will lead to undesirable results. I think it is a good idea to eat an entire cheat meal once per week as long as its not CRAZY!
 
i second that, don't be so meticulous about a few bad fat/carbs.if ur diet is 95% clean u should reward urself. i am crazy about my diet but i can only go as far as 80-90% a week of pure nutition.

MMM MMM! I just went to whataburger and ate me a double meat burger with fries. Now in about 20 minutes, I'm going to bed to let it sit there all night and digest nice and slowly. I'm in that "i couldnt care less" kind of mood, but then again - I find myself needing to confess my cheat on an internet forum.
 
I agree with niceone I always reward myself on my rest day Sunday.
My old man and myself head to Denny's for a grand slam.
Great way to meet up and to cheat on our diets ^-^.
