Sport cheated and going crazy

alright its been about a week and half-2 weeks til i even came close to cheating. I've been on my clean diet for the last month for my cutting stage. I will probably go for another 2 months but last nite my mom comes home with my favorite, a box of glazed donuts and some chocolate chip cookies lol. They were for my brothers and other ppl in my family but i could not resist the temptation. I had about 2 donuts and 3-4 cookies and inside mentally thats alll I can think about is how i screwed up. TOday i'm thinkin about eating very little and increasing my cardio to make up for it. Is that ok.

Also to add that in 3 and a half weeks i lost 7 pounds of fat so i guess everything is working out and i guess i'm just concerend cuz my weigh in again is tomorrow morning and feel like that cheat made me gain at least 2 pounds back or soemthing

I would just make today very low carb or no carb (still eating green veggies though).

If I put candy in my mouth then spit it out is that cheating??:p :eek:

I'd not worry about a single cheat - you have to be able to do this for the rest of your life remember. I understand it's rather like having a new car and you can't stand to see any sort of blemish, but really, an occasional cheat is good for the body and the soul. Moderation in everything, including moderation.
 
Cheat away man! You only live once---I actually have the same mentality as you do. After every cheat, I feel like IM gonna wake up weighing an extra 5 pounds--which is totally unplausible. Cheats are OKAY, just enjoy them...I've learned that worrying about a cheat while eating it doesn't do you any good...ENJOY IT!

Aside from being a nutrition nut, you're also a NORMAL PERSON...endulge, enjoy. iF you go out with friends, enjoy a meal---don't pack a bar, know what im saying?
 
You might want to set aside a meal or (two meals on one day) a week to cheat all you like on. Ive heard this helps tremendously with being able to resist the yummies that get thrown at you.
 
I give myself 1 cheat meal a week, always on Wednesdays. Wednesdays are my most uneventful days, gives me something to look forward too, and something to get me more motivated after I eat it.

Unless you ate 20 boxes of girl scout cookies I would not worry about kicking your ass even more in the gym. It did not do any damage, and you earned it.
