Sport Cheapest Protein Source

Sport Fitness
I am on a low budget, and trying to consume 230g of protein (1g per lb of weight) get pricey. I currently take 2 scoops of whey a day (46g) and eat 1 chicken breast (~48g). Is there anything cheaper than chicken for protein other than whey? I currently pay $10 for a bag of 8 breasts. I normally buy 2-3 bags per 2 weeks. What is a good source of protein thats cheaper, if any?

Thanks.

Tuna in the can

Id go with that, but I cant stand tuna, eggs, cottage cheese. Im thinking of just upping my milk intake and eating beans more often. Maybe just upping my intake of whey to 3 scoops. I atleast want to get 180g of protein on a 2000cal diet.

I get 280 on a 2200 calorie diet so it's defintely do-able.

How do you get that much protein, is it all, or mostly from whey?

BTW, where the cheapest and reliable place to get ON Whey, and which ON Whey is the best, they have several (GOLD, 100% natural, Classic).

3 whole food meals and 3 whey shakes.

This is the diet I follow while cutting. Somedays I will have 4 whole meals and 2 shakes but it still equates to between 280-300g.

2-3 shakes of 1 scoop?
