why doesnt anyone use the chat feature? everyone cried about how nice it would be to have it. im camping out in there now.

It would be fun I think. We dont have to talk strictly fitness. I had a good conversation with Georgen last night.
Well if you truly want to get people into a chat for fun, the best way is to post a time and day that you will be there within a given time frame. Do it long enough and you will probably have a crowd on your hands in no time

No need to post times. For instance we are both online now, so why couldnt we just join and talk? When I am online I usually glance at it from time to time to see if anyone is in there.
I pop on and off the computer all day, I don't see a way to check if someone is in the chat room except to enter it. However, when I do Derwyddon runs....lol
It was just a suggestion so that if people had advanced notice, they may plan to come. I use to host a couple of forums, and we chatted weekly. Granted it was always open, but there was a set time and day, and that time was always really crowded because people would plan to come and had set the time aside to talk.
no big, just a thought....

It's not that I'm running, it's that I've closed my browser and it keeps you in there until someone else enters and then it says you've left. I've never left once someone entered on purpose.
