I read a book on change, called Switch, and applied it to my weight loss goals. Here is my plan to lose weight. Any comments or suggestions are much appreciated. :)

Imagine the string i used to measure waist size is getting blacker and blacker,the black ends where ive lost weight call myself ripped or health freak.dont limit self to 30 mintues a day excersize. calculate your protein per calorie. Plan out what your going to eat each day this week. Looks for times when weightloss was working for you or others and emulate it. Looking at how far you have to go before your at your ideal weightis daunting, instead set your goal each week for good eating behavior and excersize behavior
Plan out step by step in as much detail as you can how your going to lose the weight, so its less daunting. Could pretend im already done losing weight and imagine how i feel. Ask yourself If i woke up tomorrow and i was at my ideal weight and stayed that way for life, what would i be doing different. Excersize as much as I can and controll what i eat. Make a weeks list of exactly what your going to eat and when. Dont eat out. Use bar graph of how much weight you lost already and how much you need to go, and slowly fill in each incriment and plan goals of 1 or 2 pounds a week. Celebrate each incriment you achieve Lick your lips and breath ahhhh, like you just had a tasty beverage whenever your hungry and cant eat. It is possible to become great at loosing weight and keeping it off, no matter who you are. We will struggle we will get nocked down, but we will learn, and we will previal! Controll your enviornement as much as you can. Dont buy food that is tempting. Use smaller plates. Find other people who ahve either lost weight and kept it off or are doing good at losing weight and stay with them. PUt your exersize cloths infront of your door each evening, including shoes and excersize first thing in the morning.
