I think challenges are a great way to get you motivated to START a healthy lifestyle, but ultimately it is all about lifestyle change. We have all heard about balance in our diet... you know- eat complex carbs, lean meats, 5-6 small meals a day, drink your water, exercise, get enough sleep. Supplement your diet with vitamins, minerals, health shakes, etc. All of these things are great, but to truly succeed you have to have SUPPORT from others, and thats what I have come to love about forums, is that we we are coming here for support from others.


I enjoy paying it forward... I lost 90lbs, I once weighed 288lbs and got down to 198lbs. How did I do it? Following a balanced diet, moderate exercise, and having the support from others.


With that said... I would love to help anyone to lose weight... provide support in any way that I can. I motivate people daily with motivational tips tricks, and answer questions. I am glad I have found this group.


Lets do a challenge?!!!! Lets jumpstart your diet... What do you want the challenge to be? We can come up with solutions together for how to get there.

I'm surprised there have been no responses to this... maybe try joining in with another challenge and get to know people first to figure out what type of challenge works for them.
 
AI'm a fan of the "biggest loser" challenge. I joined one at my gym. People are competitive by nature, but even if you don't win, you lose weight by trying to be the best. In that sense, you are a winner. It's a great motivation, that's why I like the monthly challenge we have on this board.
